Grab Your Board and Head to the Allersee Lake

Standup paddleboarding is a popular sport that takes place out on the water, where you stand up straight on a board and use a paddle to move around. It is not only a fun activity, but can also be used as a form of physical training.

Your dynamic movement on the water places a special focus on your sense of balance and your core muscles, both of which are important factors when it comes to combating a common health problem: back pain. Standup paddleboarding also helps to strengthen your legs and the muscles in your upper body.
